How do I connect my custom domain for white label?

  1. Go to Settings, then SaaS Configurator.
  2. Type your custom domain. Use a subdomain such as app.yourdomain.com. This is the address your customers log in to, the same way Votel's customers log in on app.votel.ai.
  3. Leave the checkboxes as they are. The option to enable email on this domain and the white label help docs are both on by default, and the defaults are right for most people.
  4. Click Add domain and follow the DNS instructions Votel gives you at your domain registrar.

You do not need a separate domain for email. Everything can run on one domain, just as Votel logs in on app.votel.ai and sends email from votel.ai. You can change the domain at any time, so put one in place and finish the setup.

Only the domains you point to Votel at your registrar are affected. Domains you do not point here, such as a Shopify store or another business, keep working as before. Your sub-accounts do not need their own domain.

If you do not have a domain yet, buy one from a registrar such as Namecheap or GoDaddy. Domains cost roughly $7 to $10. A separate domain for your agency, named for your agency or your offer, is usually a good idea. If you need help connecting it, use the Live Support button.
