How do I create a payment form for my plan or product and put it on my website?

  1. Go to Forms and click Create form. You can describe it to the AI, or click the form option to build it yourself, since you only need one element. Templates are also available.
  2. Search for Payments and add the Payment element. That is the only element needed.
  3. On the right, select your product or plan (package). It must be published: a product or plan left as a draft cannot be selected, so connect Stripe and publish the plan first. You see all its pricing options, and you can put several on one form and let the buyer pick.
  4. Choose one step, two step or three step. Two step is recommended: step one collects name and email (turn on phone in the element's configuration) and step two collects billing and card details. With two step on, the element's own button replaces the bottom button.
  5. Optional: on the Configuration tab, show the card number, expiration date and CVV on one line to make the form shorter. There are also options such as totals at the bottom.
  6. Name the form, save it and publish it. Once published it is live. Use the Copy URL button to get a link you can send to a customer; the link uses your white label domain.

To put the form on your website, open the website in the website builder, click Forms on the left (or use Elements and the quick add button) and drag the form onto a page, such as your home page or a dedicated page at /sign-up or /pay. Save. You can also ask the AI to place it. Any form you create can be added this way, with or without payment.

If the form shows as a white box on your site, click it to set its colors: background (including transparent), borders and more, or pick a theme that matches your site.

Until a payment integration such as Stripe is connected, the form shows that payment is not configured for this form. That is expected, and the payment form displays once the integration is connected. Test your sign-up form yourself to make sure it works. While Stripe is in test mode you can fill it out with the Stripe test card number.

Why two steps: if someone leaves before entering card details, you have still captured their name, email and phone, so you can follow up and ask why they did not sign up.
