How do I create my own snapshot to reuse for every client in my niche?
A snapshot is a working template you use for all the clients in your niche, so you do not set up each client from scratch (for example one snapshot for every personal injury attorney). We recommend every agency creates its own snapshots.
- Build the setup in your own agency account first: the AI agent, custom fields, pipeline, tags, forms and the global variables you use.
- Go to the Library, open the Snapshots tab and click Create snapshot.
- Select the items to include. You can select practically anything in your account, such as an agent, a custom field, a pipeline, certain tags and certain forms. Make sure you also select every global variable the items use.
- Give the snapshot a name and save it.
Every item in a snapshot is version controlled, with a version number next to each item (for example 1.1 or 4.1). When you update an item, such as a form, its version number goes up, and the system tracks which version each account has.
Design snapshots with variables: use placeholders such as the company name instead of typing a specific business name, so nothing has to be customized per client.
To load a snapshot automatically, link it to a SaaS plan or add-on (on the plan's Sub-account defaults). Every sub-account that gets that plan or buys that add-on receives the snapshot.
