How do I get my first clients as a new agency with almost no budget?

Votel recommends these steps for a new agency:

  1. Pick one business and one niche instead of running several at once.
  2. Make your offer clear. A visitor must be able to read one sentence on your site and know exactly what you do. Show the outcome, for example more booked appointments and more revenue, not the technology. Day three of the 5 Day Challenge covers building your offer.
  3. Use free traffic. Post on social media (the AI can create the content), join Facebook groups for your niche, and build in public by showing what you build, for example a website or an AI agent you made. Showing your face builds trust, and a photo and your experience on your site add credibility.
  4. Reduce the risk for the client. For example offer a free first week, or a free database reactivation campaign where they only pay if you get results. Database reactivation (emails and phone calls to a business's past customers) works well, and the bigger the business and the more contacts it has, the easier it is to show results.
  5. Show a prospect something they can see, such as a redesign of their old website made in a few minutes, or a phone demo of your AI agent.

The quickest way to cover your own Votel cost is to refer other agencies through the referral program.
