How do I get the best results when I ask the AI assistant to build something?
You find the assistant as soon as you log in, and under AI systems in the left side menu. Use it whenever you do not know how or where to do something, or when you want it done for you. You do not need to know how to use the platform, only how to ask for what you want, and you can learn from what it builds.
Tips for good results:
- Talk to it like an assistant or employee. Say exactly what you want built, for example: I just got a new client, a chiropractor. Create a database reactivation campaign, we are giving away a free adjustment to get people to come back, the business is called X, create it now.
- Give as much detail and as many requirements as you can up front. If you leave detail out, the assistant pieces together what it thinks you want, because it cannot read your mind.
- Use the dictation button at the bottom of the chat and just talk for a while. The more you explain, the more in sync the result is with what you wanted.
- For a redesign, paste the link to the existing website and describe the style you want (for example clean, modern, feminine).
- For something larger, such as a full marketing sequence or a custom app like a business directory, make a plan first, then tell the assistant to build according to the plan. This works better than building one feature at a time.
Giving everything up front also saves credits, because every back and forth to make changes costs credits. If you like to plan first, you can plan in ChatGPT or another AI tool, ask it to write a plan of everything that is needed, and paste that plan into the assistant so it builds everything in one go.
When the assistant wants to create something in your account, such as a website, it asks for your approval. You can approve each time or turn on auto approve so it does everything. You can expand its work to see what it is thinking and doing. A website build can take five to ten minutes.
