How do I give my clients my own getting started or onboarding steps inside the app?

Votel has a default getting started guide that walks new users through the basics, such as adding contacts, looking at the pipeline and building an agent. You can replace it with your own.

1. Go to Settings, then SaaS Configurator, then the Getting Started tab.
2. Build your own steps. Each step can have a button that links to anything you choose, such as your onboarding form, so step one can be "Fill out this onboarding form".
3. Choose which getting started guide each SaaS plan gets on the plan's Sub-account defaults, so each package can have its own onboarding.

Use steps that fit your service. For example, a social media management agency might ask clients to email their logo or sign an agreement.
