How do I install a snapshot and adapt it to my niche?

1. Log in and open the Library section.
2. Go to the Snapshots tab.
3. Click the snapshot you want and install it. It loads the items into your account; for example, a new agent appears under Agents.

Best practice: make a copy of the installed agent and modify the copy, so you keep both the original and your own version.

If no snapshot matches your niche, adapt one. Each snapshot is really a use case: one built for basement remodeling and foundation repair is a 24/7 answering service you can adapt to any niche. Tell the AI assistant to adapt it for your niche or modify the agent for you, or open it in the workflow builder and edit it yourself. Sometimes the only change needed is the opening greeting, for example changing it to Thank you for calling the HVAC company.

You can use the snapshots with as many sub-accounts as you want.
