How do I make my snapshot install automatically when a client buys my plan or add-on?

You can link a snapshot to a SaaS plan or an add-on. Anyone who buys that plan or add-on then gets everything in the snapshot (for example its agents, workflows, funnels, pipelines and global variables) installed in their sub-account automatically.

  1. Create the snapshot in your own account first: go to Library, open the Snapshots tab, click Create snapshot, give it a name and pick the agents, workflows and other items you want in it. Include the global variables your agents use.
  2. Go to Settings, then SaaS Configurator, then SaaS Plans, and create a plan or open an existing one to edit it.
  3. Go to the plan's Sub-account defaults, select the snapshot and click the Link button.
  4. Click Publish. The Save and publish button also has a small dropdown with Save as draft.

If you clicked Publish before Link, the snapshot is not linked. You do not need to unpublish: add the link and click Publish again.

If the plan shows No snapshots linked and there is nothing to select, you have no snapshots of your own yet, so create one in the Library first. If the plans page looks empty, click away and back in, or refresh the page.

You can link different snapshots to different plans and add-ons. For example, an entry plan can carry one snapshot and a higher plan another, or a 24/7 answering service snapshot can be linked to your answering service add-on and a database reactivation snapshot to your database reactivation add-on. That makes delivery as automated as it can be.

After the purchase, log in to the client's account and fill in the global variable values (company name, phone number, website, hours and so on) under Settings, then Global variables.
