How do I mark up SMS, calls, emails and AI usage so I make a profit on every service?

Use the 2x button. On the Service and usage pricing tab of your SaaS plan in the SaaS Configurator there are 1x, 2x and 3x buttons. Click 2x and every service is priced at twice what Votel charges you, so you make margin every time a client sends a text message or email, makes a phone call, uses a phone number or talks to the AI. This is one of the main benefits of the white label plan, and we recommend 2x as the starting point.

Billing works in two layers: Votel bills you for the usage (for example a client's text message), and you bill your client at your own prices through the SaaS plan. You keep the difference.

If you want finer control, you can edit each service on its own: its price, whether it is on or off, whether an amount is included, and what the client pays if they go over. That is a lot of settings, so clicking 2x, which updates every service at once, is the simplest start. You can also set token and credit pricing for each client in the SaaS Configurator, for example at two times.
