How do I mark up usage costs so I make a margin when I resell Votel?

In the SaaS Configurator, edit your SaaS plan and go to the last tab, where the services are listed. Click the Markup button, which defaults to 2x. Your clients are then charged twice what Votel charges you for every service: every email, SMS, phone call, AI usage, the penny per minute for custom code and more. This is the quickest way to start with a margin on all usage.

For finer control, set each service yourself: turn it on or off, set how many are included in the plan, and choose whether going over is denied or billed and at what price. For example, include 1,000 contacts and then either refuse more or charge a penny per extra contact. This works even for services Votel does not charge you for, such as contacts.
