How do I migrate my GoHighLevel agency and its sub-accounts to Votel?

GoHighLevel has no agency-level export, because each account's data lives in its own location (sub-account). You export and import one location at a time, including your main account, and each export produces one ZIP file.

  1. In Votel, create the sub-account first and assign its SaaS plan.
  2. In GoHighLevel, log in to that sub-account and run the export Chrome extension to get its ZIP file.
  3. In the Votel sub-account, go to Settings, then Integrations, then Other integrations, search for GoHighLevel and import the ZIP file there.
  4. Log in to the next GoHighLevel sub-account and repeat.

If your AI Studio projects are in a different GoHighLevel sub-account from the rest of your work, run the extension from the sub-account that holds them.

A recommended order for an agency: set up your white label and SaaS plans, import your account, create a snapshot of what you imported (Library, then Snapshots), then create your sub-accounts. The help docs and unbranded training videos in your white label help portal can be used to onboard your clients.
