How do I move my account from GoHighLevel to Votel, and what comes over?

Install our GoHighLevel migration Chrome extension and run it. It backs up your GoHighLevel data, so you are covered if you lose access to that account or cancel it, and the data can be moved into Votel. A video showing the export extension is in our school community.

Your items come over as exact copies, except workflows. GoHighLevel uses different steps, so the AI rebuilds each workflow:

1. Open the AI assistant. You will see a new chat for each workflow it migrates.
2. A workflow may not appear immediately. Open its chat to see the status.
3. Check each chat for anything pending. The AI may ask you to approve something, such as creating a calendar.

A rebuilt workflow usually has fewer steps in Votel, with effectively the same logic.

Snapshots are not imported as snapshots. Votel imports the items that were in them, and you then create the snapshot: go to Library, then Snapshots, click Create, and check the items you want in it.
