How do I see a list of all my sub-accounts?

Go to Settings and open the Sub-accounts page to see all of them.

You can also see them in Contacts, which is usually easier to work in. People who have a sub-account show a small icon next to their name. Create a filter where Is sub account equals true and save it as a tab, for example a Sub-accounts tab next to a Leads tab.
