How do I see what I was charged for and which service or sub-account used my balance?
Open Activity in the left menu (you can also reach it from Billing), then Balance activity. This is the log of your wallet.
- By default Balance activity lists every charge line by line. Each line shows the available balance at that moment, so the lines tie to each other and to the balance shown on Billing, and each line links to its source, for example the workflow that caused it.
- Set the date filter to the period you want, for example the last seven days or all time.
- Click the Services button (the Services preset) to group the charges by service and see how much you spent on each, for example AI assistant credits, AI media credits, code execution and balance top-ups. Sort by amount billed to see the biggest costs.
- Use the Group by drop-downs to drill down further, for example by sub-account, then by day, then by service name, to see which sub-account used which service on which date. Remove a grouping to change the view.
Agencies can use the same report to see what their sub-accounts are doing, what their costs are and what margin they are making.
To see what a single AI assistant run cost, hover over the small info icon on the run and click Run details. It shows the credits that run used.
The Activity section also holds the rest of your history: the call log (play a recording and read the transcript), the message log of what went in and out, web sessions and what people said on the web widget, meetings, chats and automation runs.
