How do I upgrade my plan?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Settings, then Billing.
3. Click Upgrade (or Buy) on the plan you want, for example the $97 Professional plan or the $297 Founders plan.
4. In the pop-up, make sure a credit card is on the account and choose monthly or yearly billing. The pop-up also offers add-ons such as the industry Snapshot Library and the HIPAA add-on.
5. Click Checkout.

The upgrade is immediate and keeps your same account, adding the new plan's features. You do not need to log out and back in. If you are already on a plan, the price is prorated from what you already pay. No code is needed: upgrading to the Founders plan adds its included AI assistant credits automatically.

If your account only shows an Add funds prompt, go to Settings, then Billing, to find the upgrade option. If a pop-up gets in the way, close it first. Our live support can walk you through it.
