How does a Votel agency account work compared with GoHighLevel's agency view?

In GoHighLevel you have a separate agency view and must create a sub-account under your agency even to run your own business. In Votel your agency account is the same type of account a sub-account has: the same menu, options, tools, agents and forms. As an agency you are as much a business as a roofing company or a chiropractor, and you work from your own account.

The only differences are your extra powers: menus your sub-accounts do not have, such as the SaaS Configurator, creating sub-accounts, creating plans and customizing the sidebar. Your account is white label.

To work in a client's account, use the account switcher at the top, or search for the sub-account and open it. For example, go to Settings, then Sub-accounts, and click Log in as on a sub-account. To go back, select your own account from the switcher. When you open a sub-account's record, its Billing tab shows the plan it has. You create new sub-accounts from the same area.
