How does the Votel funnel builder work with automations?

Votel's funnel builder puts your funnel pages and their automations in one place, so you do not bounce between a separate funnel builder and workflow builder or have to remember what happens when an order is submitted.

The path a visitor takes runs through the pages in order (for example landing page, upsell accepted or declined, thank-you page), and the automation for each step comes off to the side, just like in the workflow builder.

What the automations can do: when someone submits an opt-in form, send an email, wait, then send an SMS. When someone buys your product, a one-time offer or an order bump, send an order confirmation or thank-you email, or deliver a digital product. When someone abandons the form or cart, trigger an abandoned cart sequence to win them back. The abandoned trigger works with Visitor ID: if you check that option, visitors identified by Visitor ID get the email too. Automations have triggers for everything, including webhooks and sub agents.

To build a funnel yourself:

1. Funnels are built in the click tracking system and start with a campaign, which is your tracking link.
2. Add a page, for example a landing page. Add as many pages as you want, such as upsell pages or a second landing page.
3. On a page with a form, add the automation that runs when the form is submitted.
4. To change a page, click Edit page to open it in the website builder, or tell the AI assistant what to fix.

You can also have the AI assistant build the funnel and its pages. To use pages the AI built, choose add new page in the funnel builder and connect it to an existing page. Building with the AI assistant uses credits, and everything it builds can be edited in the drag and drop builder.

Split testing: add more than one landing page to split test them (you can ask the AI to create a variation of a page). The stats view expands so you can compare one landing page against another.

Funnel stats show everything in the funnel, including opt-ins, upsells and downsells. The click tracking system also has an ad manager where you can connect your ad accounts. Funnels are unlimited and hosted in Votel, and you can import existing pages, sites and funnels, including from ClickFunnels and GoHighLevel.
