How does Votel compare with GoHighLevel?

Votel covers the same ground as GoHighLevel, including a CRM, workflows, funnels, calendars, forms, a unified inbox, AI agents and white label, with these main differences.

Built AI first. Votel was built for AI from the ground up rather than bolting AI onto an older system. GoHighLevel has around a dozen separate AI tools, such as a conversation AI and a voice AI, so you have to work out which one to use. Votel has one AI assistant that can do nearly everything you can do in the platform, and one agent builder for voice, SMS, email, social media and web chat, with the workflow builder inside the agent. You can give the assistant one prompt for a whole setup, for example a website, a sign-up form and your SaaS plans, and it builds everything at once. It also knows the platform and can tell you step by step where to find things.

AI builds you can still edit. The AI assistant builds websites, funnels, workflows, agents, apps and a full thirty day social media calendar. Websites it builds open in the same drag and drop builder, so you or the AI can keep editing them, and you can edit the files and download your app and database.

Pricing. Rebilling with markup, SaaS mode, white label and automated client sign-up and onboarding, which GoHighLevel puts in its $497 a month plan, are included in the Votel Founders Plan at $297 a month, along with unlimited sub-accounts and $297 of AI assistant credit every month. There is no higher plan with extra features. The $97 Professional Plan includes five sub-accounts. SaaS plan markups are set per service rather than one multiplier for everything. AI is usage based rather than a per-account AI subscription, with usage passed through at cost at the rates in the price list, and per-minute voice costs a lot less than on GoHighLevel. Website hosting is free and unlimited, and there are no setup fees or hourly support fees.

Simpler structure. There is no separate agency view: the account you log into is your agency account and your working account, so you do not create a sub-account for yourself. A SaaS plan must exist before you create a sub-account. Funnels and automations are built in one builder.

Also included: white label help docs with your logo, brand and domain (videos, API guides and change log), dark mode, a built-in white labeled meeting platform (a Zoom replacement), live support with screen share, email agents that manage your list and send the campaigns that convert best, AI categorization of messages with your own categories, visitor ID that tells you who visits your website before they fill out a form, AI image and video generation, AI brand kits, project management, click tracking and QR codes, affiliate payouts, communities and courses, dashboards with more visualizations, multiple custom menus, custom login pages, more ad integrations and social channels, CRM views grouped by pipeline stage with bulk actions, and snapshots with versioning and one click push of updates.

People who have used both tell us Votel is easier to use, more intuitive and less fragmented.

Moving over: the GoHighLevel import tool brings your items across, and the AI rebuilds your workflows, often with fewer steps. For a full side by side comparison, open the GoHighLevel versus Votel page linked at the bottom of the Votel website.
