How does Votel compare with GoHighLevel on price and agency features?

Votel has a $97 plan and a $297 plan, which is familiar pricing if you are coming from GoHighLevel. On GoHighLevel, rebilling with markup, SaaS mode and automated client sign-up come with its $497 a month plan. On Votel they are included in the $297 a month Founders plan, together with unlimited sub-accounts, white label, the advanced API, white label help docs and $297 of AI assistant credit every month.

Rebilling with markup means that in the SaaS configurator, when you create a SaaS plan, you can raise the price of any service for your customers. For example, if we charge you $9 a month per AI app and you charge your customer $20, you keep the difference, and the same goes for calls, SMS and AI use.

Automated client sign-up (SaaS mode) means that when someone orders one of your plans, a sub-account is created automatically and they get a welcome email asking them to pick a password. A plan can have a snapshot linked to it, so the snapshot's items are created in the new account automatically.

Votel also includes things GoHighLevel does not have: white label help docs under your own brand (help center, API guide, video tutorials and change log) at no extra cost, dark mode as well as light mode, and a built-in meeting platform that is white labeled too. When you connect your custom domain on the Custom domain tab, the help docs link shows your branding instead of Votel's. The app is translated into many languages, the CRM can group contacts by pipeline stage and run bulk actions on a whole group, and Votel has a power dialer, inbound fax, contracts, memberships, communities, ad management and a full project management system built in.

On the AI side, Votel is built AI first, with one AI, the AI assistant, that works across every channel, instead of a dozen separate AI products to learn. There is no AI usage limit; you pay for what the AI uses.
