How does the wallet work, and what happens when my balance reaches zero?

Every account has a wallet, and new accounts start with a little free money in it. The money in the wallet and the usage of services are two separate things. Many things are usage based and are paid from the wallet, such as getting a phone number, making a call, sending a text message, building a website and using AI credits.

You add funds with a card. In the auto recharge settings you choose whether your card is charged automatically when the balance falls below an amount you set. You can change the card at any time.

If your balance reaches zero, a warning bar appears at the top of the app, and the information in your account is not shown until you add funds.

To see the cost of each service, open Settings, then Billing, then the Usage tab. It lists each item, for example the price per minute for the AI agent.
