How is the website chat and voice widget billed?

The customer-facing website widget is billed separately from the AI assistant, by the minute. The cost depends on whether the widget is text and voice or voice only. Voice has a voice cost of about 5.8 cents a minute, plus the AI model (LLM) tokens, which are passed through at the same rate we pay.
