How long does the free trial last, and when do I have to pay?
Our trial is based on usage, not on a fixed number of days. It lasts at least 14 days, and how much longer depends on how much you use it. With daily use it usually works out to around 14 days, and heavy use can finish it sooner. If you sign up and barely use it, the trial can still be there months later. This way people who did not have time to use the platform are not penalized.
To see where you stand, go to Settings, then Billing, then Usage. The Free usage column shows the trial allowance for each service. Many services show 60, which means 60 uses of that service, for example 60 sub-accounts, SaaS plans, custom fields, workflow runs, knowledge base queries, team users, call transfers or MCP uses. When you reach the limit on a service, a pop-up tells you it is time to upgrade. The trial also ends once the account is at least 14 days old and has used more than $11 of usage, or once a custom white label domain has been in use for more than 14 days.
Every feature is visible and usable during the trial, so you can decide whether you like a feature before you pay for it. You do not need to learn every feature first: the AI assistant can create things for you when you ask for what you want.
When the trial ends, you see a notice that it has ended. Your data and live websites are saved. To continue, go to Settings, then Billing, and upgrade to one of the plans. A positive wallet balance is not lost when you move to a plan. If you need more time to evaluate, contact support when you reach that point.
The 5 Day Challenge refund guarantee is separate from the trial.
