How many calls and texts can my AI agent handle at the same time?

AI is built for scale. Unlike a person, who can talk to one caller at a time, an AI agent can hold many conversations at once, including many SMS conversations, limited only by your wallet balance.

For phone calls, five phone lines are included, which means five concurrent calls. If you need more concurrent calls, you pay for each extra line per month. For most businesses the included lines are plenty; a very large enterprise may need more.

For outbound dialing, the number of calls you can place per hour depends on your average call length, the number of lines and the answer rate.
