How secure is Votel, and do you have SOC 2, ISO 27001 or CJIS certification?

We follow strict security standards across the platform, and security is one of our top priorities. The platform is built for standards such as PCI DSS.

For healthcare data there is a separate HIPAA add-on. HIPAA is completely separate from SOC 2.

There is no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 add-on. SOC 2 certification requires an audit through a CPA firm and is something enterprises sometimes ask for.

We do not have CJIS (the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services security policy) certification, and we are not aware of a lawyer specific certification similar to HIPAA. Law firms may do their own due diligence on the security of a platform.
