How should I position and word my offer when I sell AI services to businesses?

Votel recommends selling an outcome, not software. Software is the cheapest part, and if you sell software you land in the same bucket as every other platform at a 97 dollar price point. You are not handing over a login, you are solving a problem.

Lead with the result your niche wants, such as more booked service appointments or more booked jobs. The AI receptionist or AI agent is how you deliver it, so keep it in the supporting copy (the AI receptionist answers the missed calls, so they turn into appointments), not in the headline or main call to action. Avoid saying what everyone else says, such as "I have an AI receptionist".

Be specific to one niche. An offer custom built for plumbers is far stronger than one built for every trade: if you try to appeal to everyone, you appeal to no one. Pick your niche, list the problems that niche has that you can solve, and describe the end result you provide clearly and boldly.

You do not need to take over everything a client uses. If they already have a website or a booking tool that works, leave it alone unless it is not working. Votel has many services, but a client does not need to switch to all of them.

Selling to agencies is a different offer: agencies want the white label, while businesses get sub-accounts.
