How should I price and sell Votel to my clients?

Votel recommends selling outcomes, not software. If you sell software, you get priced like software, and software is a race to the bottom because there is always free software. A login to a CRM has little value; more booked appointments, saved cases and captured missed calls have a lot. Identify the expensive problems in a niche and solve them with Votel, and structure your offer around simple outcomes clients want (leads, sales, appointments) rather than a long list of tools.

Price for the value, not at software prices. At around $97 a month you need a little over 100 clients to reach $10,000 a month, and you may not have the budget to hire help. At $2,500 a month you need about four clients. The exception is a turnkey, hands-off product that needs no training, which can sell for $97 a month. For hands-on solutions to a client's problem, charge more. For example, one agency serves a treatment center whose beds cost about $20,000, delivers over $200,000 a month in bookings, and charges $6,000 a month for it.

Most roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, lawyers and restaurant owners do not want to log into a CRM. Build systems that work for them in the background and report the wins by email or SMS (a new appointment, a missed call captured), so they never need to log in.

When reselling, you can give clients a choice: the full package (AI agent, websites and automations ready to go) at a higher price, or a blank account they build themselves at a lower price.

Pricing and building your offer are covered on Day 3 of the 5 Day Challenge.
