I am coming from GoHighLevel. How is Votel's agency setup different?

There are a few big differences.

You do not need to create a sub-account for yourself. The agency account you log in to is the account you work out of. There is no separate agency view and client view: it is the same platform your clients use, and your account simply has extra powers, such as customizing branding and plans in the SaaS Configurator, creating sub-accounts on the Sub-accounts page and pushing down snapshots. Create a separate sub-account for yourself only if you run unrelated businesses you want to keep apart.

You cannot create a sub-account until you create a SaaS plan, because the plan decides which services the sub-account has on or off.

Workflows live inside the Agents section, whether or not they use AI, and one AI agent handles voice, SMS, email and social, instead of separate conversation AI and voice AI.

The AI assistant orb works as support for you and your sub-accounts.
