I changed a SaaS plan. How do I update the customers who already have it?

Customers who already have a plan received a snapshot of the plan as it was when they ordered. Changing the plan does not change their accounts by itself. To push your changes to every customer on the plan:

1. Go to Settings, then SaaS Configurator, then SaaS plans.
2. Open the plan.
3. Click the Sync subscribers button at the top.

This updates all customers on that plan.
