I did not get my challenge emails or kit emails. What should I do?

After you register, our automation sends a separate email for the challenge, plus emails that deliver any kits you got, such as the AI Engine Optimization kit (AI ranking kit) and the AI social media system.

1. Check your promotions, spam and junk folders.
2. Make sure you are checking the email address you registered with. A typo in the address on the order is a common cause.
3. If the emails are still missing, message the Votel team member in the session chat or use Live Support, with the email address you used. We can look up your account, fix the address and resend the challenge email and the kits, to your original address or to a different one.
