If I buy a plan at the current price, will the price go up later?

No. The price you subscribe at is locked in for the length of your subscription. The prices on the pricing page are the lowered prices; the higher, crossed-out prices were the previous ones. When you upgrade, the upgrade page shows the crossed-out price and the price you get, and that price stays for as long as you keep the subscription.
