Applies to: Agencies with more than one niche or brand

If I serve several niches, do I need separate domains, phone numbers or accounts?

You have options and there is no wrong way to do it. Each niche can have its own website on a subdomain (for example chiropractors.yourdomain.com) or on its own root domain. You can have unlimited websites, landing pages and domains in one account, and use funnels to send people to the right landing page.

If you want a different AI agent answering the phone for each site, get a different phone number for each. A generic agent that only uses your brand name can share one number.

Keep everything in one account if the same person will work across all the brands. Use a separate sub-account only when you will not cross-sell between the brands or niches.

Our advice is not to overcomplicate it. Several niches multiply your up front work, so start with one niche and start the next once you have maxed out the first. Do not try to make a single site speak to many niches at once: it is hard to write messaging that makes every visitor feel it is for them, and visitors rarely pick their own niche from a menu.
