Is the plan a contract, and is there a setup fee?

No. Our plans are subscriptions, not contracts, so you can cancel at any time. There is no setup fee, including for AI voice agents.

After you sign up, our onboarding team helps you set up and build your account. They are available during our live support hours, about 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern time.

Before you cancel, note that cancelling ends the account and its data is deleted after a period of time, so check with support first if you plan to come back.
