Is there a live onboarding session to help me get started?

Yes. Mike Brown, Votel's founder, runs a group onboarding session called Get Onboarded by Founder at 1 PM Eastern on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, on the Votel meeting platform. New accounts receive an email and a text with the link, and it is the same link every time, so pick a date and join.

The first twenty minutes or so are a product demo that is the same each time: a tour of the AI assistant, AI agents, the SaaS Configurator, snapshots and other features. Then come questions and answers on any topic. If you only want the questions and answers, you can join a little late. You can book more sessions from the booking link shared in the call.

You can also book a one-to-one setup session with our team using the link in your welcome email. Have ready: your domain and your login to wherever you bought it (GoDaddy, Cloudflare and so on) so we can connect your custom domain, your logo if you have one, and your ideas for what to build first. In a setup session we typically connect your email, your website and your white label domain, and set your branding.

Get Onboarded by Founder is separate from the 5 Day Challenge, a five day event, though you learn much of the same material in both, and you can attend both. For help at any time, click the Live Support button to talk to a person.
