Is there a markup on AI model costs, and can I mark them up for my clients?

No. AI agent models use pass-through billing: what Votel pays, you pay. You can see the rates on the pricing page.

As an agency you can add your own markup for your clients, for example by setting your own price per AI credit for sub-accounts in your SaaS plan.

If you connect your own AI subscription (such as Claude) to the platform, that usage does not use your credits.
