Is there step-by-step training for Votel, and what is the best way to learn it?
Votel is built so you tell the AI assistant what you want and it works out the steps. You do not need to know where or how to do something: type what you want. The assistant can create websites, funnels and workflows, see your contacts, move people between pipelines, send email blasts and more. For example, tell it you have a new chiropractor client and need a database reactivation campaign by text and email, with the client's name, and it creates the workflow. Looking at what it created shows you how it is done. Be specific, as you would with a web designer, and if the result is not right, explain it better.
Simple things such as swapping a logo or updating an address in the website builder are often faster to do yourself, because small visual changes can be hard to describe. All sites the AI creates are in the Website Builder, so you can edit them yourself or tell the AI what to change, for example change all pink buttons to orange.
For documentation, go to votel.ai and click Docs, or click Live Support, then Help docs. The docs have the workflow steps, images, videos and an AI agent that answers questions about them. The 5 Day Challenge, its recordings and transcripts, and the free training content in the school community cover the full setup. If the AI cannot do something, Live Support can show you how.
