My form or Facebook lead form does not show up in my agents or triggers. What should I check?

For a regular form, check that it is published. A form that is not published cannot be used in agents or triggers.
For Facebook lead forms, make sure Facebook is connected. The lead forms should appear once it is.
If they still do not show up, use Give feedback, then Give private feedback, and include the link to the agent where you want to use the lead form so the team can look into it.
