On the white label plan, will my clients see my brand instead of Votel's?

Yes. On the white label plan you put your own branding everywhere: your logo, your company name and your domain. Wherever the Votel logo and name appear, yours replaces them, so when you show a client your website, the AI assistant or an agent, they see your brand, not ours.

Your clients log in on your domain, and meeting links for your clients use your white label domain as well (one white label domain for all your clients, not a separate domain per client). The meeting platform is part of the white label, so you get your own branded video meeting platform in place of Zoom.

White labeling is not only the application. You also get white label help docs, the API guide, the video tutorials, the change log and the roadmap, all carrying your logo, company name and domain. This is included in the white label plan, not an add-on.

The Votel name and logo are replaced once you complete the white label settings in Settings, SaaS Configurator, where you set your branding and your custom domain. Until you finish those settings, you may still see the Votel name in places such as the help center pages.
