Should I use a snapshot, let the AI build it, or build it myself?

There are three ways to get a system built. All are good, and it comes down to preference.

  1. Install a prebuilt snapshot from the Snapshot Library, which is bought separately, when you want a ready-to-go system. The library has examples such as AI receptionists and is aimed at popular niches like personal injury attorneys and home services, but it does not cover every niche.
  2. Tell the AI assistant what you want and have it build it for you. This is best when you do not know what to build or how, or when your niche is not in the library. The AI also writes the text messages, emails and marketing copy, so you do not have to.
  3. Build it yourself in the agent and workflow builder. This is slower, and you fill in every message yourself.

Whichever you choose, it helps to be comfortable opening a workflow so you can tweak what an SMS or email says. The AI assistant can do everything you can do manually in the builder.

A good first project is one simple voice and chat AI that can be added to an existing website. You can move on to more complicated systems later.
