What can I customize in my white label platform through the SaaS Configurator?
Everything is in Settings, then SaaS Configurator. Go through every tab before you bring customers on, so the system looks like your own product.
Branding: your logo, company name and social media handles appear everywhere in the app. At the bottom of the branding settings there is a setting that allows sub-accounts to customize their own branding. They do not get the full SaaS Configurator, but they can set their own logo and similar items.
Custom domain: one domain covers the back end app your clients log in to (for example app.yourdomain.com), the system emails such as welcome and forgot password, your websites and your help center.
SaaS plans: your own plan names, prices, trials and setup fees, which services each plan includes, and pricing and limits down to every individual service. Markup buttons let you earn on every SMS, email and other service your clients use. You can also set one-time and recurring credits.
Sub-account defaults: choose which sidebar, top bar, snapshots and getting started guide each plan loads, so a new customer gets those items created in their account.
Invoices: the platform has built-in invoicing, and every time a client pays you they get an invoice. Set your name and logo so invoices carry your brand.
Sign up form: a prebuilt sign up form, useful if you do not have a website with one. Connect your Stripe account first. If you do have a website, you can use a payment form on it instead.
Theme: pick a theme or set the color palette and customize every color to match your brand, including detailed custom styling. The app supports light mode and dark mode.
Sidebar: choose which menu items clients see, hide sections, rename and reorder items, and change icons, the icon style (big, rounded, square or circle), icon size, colors and padding. You can even make the app look like another platform. You can save several sidebars and assign them to different plans, for example one for real estate and one for HVAC, so customers who buy that plan get their own menu. Less is more: hiding features clients do not use means fewer support questions. Many agencies give clients just one or two things, such as the inbox and contacts, or the inbox and the social media calendar.
Custom menu items: add a link that embeds your own app, an outside website or a tool your industry uses. It is shown in an iframe inside the app.
Top bar: customize the top bar.
Assistant: customize how the AI assistant looks, including its colors.
Login page: pick a style such as image left or image right, with the login on the other side and your logo centered over the login or at the top left. Search for images from inside the editor or upload your own, and set your own colors and positions.
Getting started guide: every client sees one when they log in. Use the built-in guide or build your own with the steps you need from clients, such as sending you their client list as a CSV, uploading their customer list for a database reactivation, adding you to their Facebook ad account, filling out an intake form or sending their logo and other assets, so they can onboard themselves and you are not repeating yourself. You can create several lists so the guide differs per plan.
White label also includes the help portal (guides, unbranded videos, API docs and change log under your logo, name and domain), your own meeting platform as a Zoom replacement, and an installable app with your branding, which is a PWA rather than a native app. Your users install it by clicking the profile icon at the top, opening the profile and clicking Install app. It installs without going through an app store.
The last setup step is to link your snapshots to your plans or add-ons, for example a 24/7 answering service snapshot to the plan that sells it and a database reactivation snapshot to a database reactivation add-on. That makes your white label as automated as possible. Once your website, SaaS plans and snapshots are in place, your offer is live.
