What can my agency account do that a sub-account cannot, and how do I log in to a sub-account?

Your agency account is the same type of account a client has, with the same interface and look and feel. It also has superpowers that sub-accounts cannot see:

  1. The SaaS Configurator under Settings, with the white label settings, where you customize the look and feel, hide and show menu items and change how things look (for example rounded or big buttons).
  2. The Sub-accounts screen, where you create sub-accounts.
  3. Pushing snapshots down to sub-accounts.
  4. Your own support platform, the same type of support we have, including AI support you can place on different websites.

A sub-account has its own contacts, agents, websites, AI assistant and everything else, so its data stays separate. Typical uses are one sub-account per client, per business you own, per franchise location, or a demo account. Adding a client means creating a sub-account for them. The Professional Plan includes 5 sub-accounts and the Founders Plan includes unlimited sub-accounts.

To log in to a sub-account, go to Settings, then Sub-accounts, and click the login icon (Log in as this tenant) next to it. It opens in a new window on a different domain, so you can keep both accounts open and multitask. While you are in a sub-account, a small orange banner with an account switcher lets you go up a level and back to your own account. It only appears once you are logged into a sub-account.

If you are an admin on the parent account, you can always log in to its sub-accounts, so you do not need to be invited to each one.
