What can my clients see and do in their sub-account, and how do I restrict it or lock my agents?
By default a client sees the same experience you do and can do everything its plan enables. If you did not disable anything, a sub-account can do everything you can except the white label settings: as the agency you also have the SaaS Configurator and the ability to create sub-accounts, which clients do not see.
To restrict what clients can do:
- Limit services on the plan, for example turn off creating custom fields.
- In the SaaS Configurator, hide features such as calendars, contacts, tasks or agents, change the style, and save the result as a sidebar. You can have several sidebars and choose the default sidebar in each SaaS plan, so different plans get different access, for example a plan that only shows social media posting.
- Lock an agent so only you can access it. This stops clients from breaking it and protects your work from being copied.
Apps, websites and agents you build can be deployed to clients and hosted on Votel.
