What can the Votel AI assistant do for me?
When you log in you are greeted by the AI assistant. It can do pretty much everything you can do in Votel, and all you have to do is ask. Votel was built AI first, so the platform was built for the assistant first. Instead of many separate AI products, one assistant does everything: it is your builder, your executive assistant and your support. You do not need to decide which area of the app you are in or know how to do things in the platform, only how to ask for what you want.
As a builder it creates websites and funnels, landing pages, forms, brand kits, automations and workflows, emails, follow-up sequences and database reactivation campaigns, AI agents such as a complete AI receptionist, SaaS packages, calendars, custom fields, tasks, reports, dashboards, AI images and video, and social media content, for example thirty days of posts with images and videos scheduled on every connected channel. It can also set up ads. You can ask for several things in one message, for example create a funnel and create a task.
It can also build web apps and custom apps with their own database, code, login and admin back end, for example a local business directory with listings, categories, a profile page per business and an admin section from one prompt. You can drop in a zip file of code from a tool such as Base44 or Lovable and ask it to set it up. If Votel does not have a feature you want, ask the AI to build it as a custom app.
Some examples:
Website redesign: paste the link to an old website, say you want it completely redesigned from scratch and describe the look and feel. It crawls the old site, creates the images and builds the new site, often in one prompt.
AI receptionist: ask it to create an AI receptionist for a dental office with the business name. It builds the agent with its conversation flow (thank you for calling, book, cancel or change an appointment, questions) and hooks everything up.
Database reactivation: describe the client and ask for a seven day reactivation sequence by text and email. It builds an AI agent with a workflow that sends the SMS, then the email, and keeps going down the sequence.
As an executive assistant you can ask what meetings you have for the day, ask it to email or text someone (such as your next meeting) that you are running late, ask how your sales are doing or who you need to contact, or ask questions about the data in your account, such as how many sales you made last week, with a chart if you want one. After a call it can read the transcript, analyze it and break it into tasks in the task system. It has full access to the internet and its own computer to work on.
As support, the small blue orb that follows you on every page, including inside the builders, is the same assistant. While the Page Vision button is on (it is on by default), the assistant sees what is on your screen, so you can ask what a button or setting means, or ask it to build something right where you are, for example add a workflow inside the agent you have open, without telling it where to go. If you do not know where something is, ask and it takes you to that page, or tell it to do the task for you.
There are two ways to do almost everything in Votel: the manual way, in the page itself, or the AI way, by telling the assistant. Everything the AI builds lands inside Votel, so an AI-built website opens in the drag and drop website builder and an AI agent in the agent builder, and you can open them and edit them yourself afterwards. Small edits, such as changing a logo or some text, are often quicker by hand. If you want to learn how something is built, ask the AI to build it and then look at what it made.
The assistant works step by step, shows what it is doing in a side panel and troubleshoots errors it runs into. You can start a long task, minimize it or even leave, and the assistant keeps working. Hover over the plus button in the chat to see ideas of what to ask. The tool list behind the plus button only shows what the assistant is capable of; you do not have to pick tools from it, just describe what you want in the chat. The assistant settings, at the bottom of the assistant, hold the Telegram connection and the Skills tab.
Every account, including each sub-account, has its own AI assistant with access to that account only, so your clients can change their own website and setup through their own assistant. Everything the assistant builds or does uses AI assistant credits.
