What can the Votel CRM do?
Votel has a full CRM built in, so you do not need to connect a separate one. The CRM is the foundation of the system.
Views: contacts can be shown as a table view or a pipeline (kanban board) view. The tabs along the top of Contacts, Conversations, Tasks and many other pages are saved views. Set your filters, grouping, sorting and columns, then save the view, for example one for leads, one for clients and one for demos. You can create as many saved views as you want. A saved view such as Leads is just a filtered view, like a smart list, that you can create or change yourself.
Columns and grouping: choose which columns you see and group contacts by a field, for example by pipeline stage, as collapsible groups.
Pipelines: you can have as many pipelines as you want, in every sub-account. To add one, create a new pipeline, pick a column template, add statuses, rearrange them and change their colors. In the pipeline view you drag and drop contacts between stages and choose which fields show on each card. Pipelines also appear at the top of the unified inbox, so you can move a contact between pipelines with a click.
Bulk actions: select contacts, or everyone in a group such as a pipeline stage, and run a bulk action: send a bulk email or SMS, assign them to an AI agent to work them (for example for outbound calling), or launch the built-in power dialer, which has voicemail drop and uses the built-in web phone.
Contact records: the right side of a contact can be customized with custom tabs, custom sections and custom fields. Contacts also have notes, files, tasks, click to call and a unified timeline. Fields marked with a lock icon, such as last call date and last website visit, are tracked automatically, and there is automatic lead scoring. Contacts are de-duplicated automatically, and email addresses and SMS numbers are validated.
You can import contacts from a CSV file, and folders keep phone numbers, agents and more organized.
Task and project management is built in too, with multiple projects, tasks, subtasks and custom statuses, and tasks show on the contact. We use it to run our own company, including development and support.
You can do everything by hand in the interface, or tell the AI assistant to do it. The more data the system has, the smarter your AI agents can get.
