What comes over when I import my account from GoHighLevel?

Votel has a GoHighLevel import tool. It uses a browser extension to export your data from GoHighLevel, and you then import that export into Votel. While it runs, you see the full list of items it handles on the right.

The import brings over the items in your account: contacts and conversations, custom fields, custom values and tags, message templates, websites and funnels, AI Studio projects, forms, calendars, workflows, AI agents and voice agents, and the 10DLC applications you filled out, which are ready to be resubmitted in Votel.

Workflows: GoHighLevel workflows are built differently, so our AI translates and rebuilds each one. If you do not use workflows in GoHighLevel, you may not need to import them.

AI agents: the prompt comes over, but the agents' knowledge base and skills do not. Copy those over manually by pasting the files and knowledge base content into the agent in Votel, and reconnect the agent's calendar if needed.

AI Studio projects: an AI Studio project is an app, not a website. The normal website import by URL only brings in a static page, so things like buttons and accordions will not work. Export AI Studio projects with the extension to bring in the whole app with all its code.

Snapshots: the snapshot itself is not imported, but the items inside it are.

Websites: they do not go live from the import alone. Connect your domain (DNS) to put them live.

Forms: after you move a form, you can link to it from your getting started guide in the SaaS Configurator.

Opt-outs: STOP and opt-out handling does not need to be rebuilt, because it is built into every phone number.

To get the extension, open the Votel community on Skool and find the pinned post about the GoHighLevel Chrome extension near the top. Install the extension from there; the post also has a video walkthrough. The support team can help with the move.
