What do the service lines in a SaaS plan mean, such as AI agent chat sessions and AI agent messages?

In a plan's Services and usage list, hover over a service to see its info box. The main ones:

AI agent chat sessions: a conversation started in the chat widget. It counts the session, not each reply.

AI agent messages: each time the AI replies to a written message, such as an SMS, email, WhatsApp or social media message. Only AI replies count; for example an email notification sent after a call does not.

AI agents: how many voice and chat agents can be set up.

AI assistant credits: use of the AI assistant that builds things for you inside the platform.

Workflow runs: each time a workflow runs, for example once per finished call.

Under each service name, on the left, is your cost for that service. If a service costs you $0, you can safely leave it unlimited. For workflow runs, choose a large number to be safe, since the cost is small. If you do not want a client to use a service yet, set it to off or zero to avoid scope creep, and upsell it later.
