What do workflow runs, web search, website import, file storage and recordings cost?

Workflow runs: $0.001 (one tenth of a penny) per run, for any workflow and trigger. Creating a workflow is free; only running it costs.

Web search: 1.5 cents per search, whether it runs from the AI assistant or from a sub agent step in a workflow.

Website import: 1 cent per page when you use the import from URL option in a website project (you can import one page or a whole site). If you ask the AI assistant to import a website instead, it uses AI assistant credits at $0.25 a credit.

File storage: $1 per 10 GB, which is 10 cents per GB. It covers call recordings and library files such as images and generated videos.

Call recording (web phones and AI agents): $0.009 per minute. Meeting recording: 0.9 of a cent. Call transcription is billed as well.

AI models used in agents and the AI assistant are billed at what the model provider charges.
