What does each day of the 5 Day Challenge cover?

Day 1 (Monday, launch night): the foundation. You learn the AI agency business model and what an AI agency needs, get a tour and demo of the Votel platform, create a basic AI agent that is great for demos, and see the form builder for capturing leads. You also set up your white label, which is your back end, the place your clients log into. In Settings, SaaS Configurator, you only need the first three tabs to get online: Branding (your branding and logo), Custom Domain (your white label domain, a subdomain such as app.yourdomain.com) and SaaS Plans (your first SaaS plan).

Day 2 (Tuesday): pick your niche and set up your front end. You learn what makes a good niche and which niches to avoid, identify the pain points your niche has, and build an AI system that solves them, because the problem you solve tells you what you sell. For example, missed calls lead to an AI answering service, and too few reviews lead to review generation. Systems covered include a niche website, a business phone number, an AI receptionist, the website chat widget, lead follow-up workflows and speed to lead, database reactivation, reviews and reputation management, and the social media system. A phone number, an email address and a website are the foundation of every business. You learn to use snapshots with global variables so you build a solution once and sell it over and over. You have the AI assistant build a website for your niche, then build an AI agent from that website. Bring three to five niche ideas to this day, because the niche is chosen before the site is designed.

Day 3 (Wednesday): build your offer and pricing so you have something to sell. You learn what to charge, what goes into each package, how to package the system, how to sell it under your own brand and how to make an irresistible offer. Your ideal client should be able to read one sentence on your site and know exactly what you do and the result they get, so show the outcome rather than the technology. This day covers value based pricing and the different pricing models, SaaS plans with monthly and annual prices, add-ons, setup fees, trials, free accounts, limits on services, sidebar customization, upgrade paths and a value ladder, a payment form, and connecting Stripe in test mode and then live mode. After day 3 you have your white label, niche, website, payments and pricing in place.

Day 4 (Thursday): prospecting, getting clients and closing clients. It covers how to approach businesses, Visitor ID, social media, groups and communities, lead magnets, prospecting tools through MCP connectors (for example Apify connected to the AI assistant to get leads), local networking, email marketing and the email agents, outbound AI calling, and the demo and closing process. Ads are only one of many ways to get clients: you can pay with your time (free methods, no ads) or with money (ads), depending on your strategy, and this day covers the ways to get clients by paying with your time.

Day 5 (Friday): show and tell, and Facebook ads. We look at what attendees built and give feedback on their websites and landing pages, then cover Facebook ads, the way to get clients by paying with money: how we run our own ads, creating ads from scratch, what makes a good ad, how to test, design, set up and scale ads, targeting (including targeting businesses by revenue), campaign structure, budgets, connecting the Facebook Conversions API, click tracking links, how to judge results, and getting your offer or lead magnet in front of customers. Ads only work if you build the system behind the ad to close the lead. You do not have to ask a prospect their revenue up front; questions such as how many employees they have give you a feel for it. The AI video model used to make Votel's own ads is built into the platform (Library, AI Video), and you are shown how to use it.

The 10DLC (text message registration) process is also covered during the challenge.

Each day ends with an open questions and answers session, and days 1 to 4 each have a small homework task. The recordings and a PDF guide for each day are in the school community. If your site does not make your offer clear, go back and watch the day 3 recording.
