What does Votel charge for SMS, email, calls and phone numbers on top of my plan?

After the monthly plan, everything is usage based, and you only pay for what you use. You pay per minute for AI voice, per AI assistant credit, per image generated, per app built, pass-through rates for the AI language models, per minute of code execution on our servers, and for SMS and MMS, email validation, call recordings, transcriptions, and inbound and outbound calls. SMS is not bundled in the plan.

Rates from our pricing page:

Email: two tenths of a cent per email.

SMS: 1 cent per message.

Inbound and outbound calls: 1.4 cents per minute.

Phone number: $2 a month.

The pricing page and Settings, Billing, Usage show the current figures. On the white label plan you can mark these prices up for your clients in the SaaS configurator when you set your own pricing.
