What does white label include, and what will my clients see?

White label is included in the Founders plan ($297 a month). Your clients see Votel under your own brand: your logo, your domain and your company name. You have two pieces: a front end website (like votel.ai) and a back end app, which we recommend placing on a subdomain such as app.yourdomain.com. You control exactly what clients see: hide items on the sidebar or top bar, add your own, and customize the Getting started guide with your own steps.

Set it up in Settings, SaaS Configurator: add your company name and logo under branding, then connect your domain. The connected domain is used for the white labeled app and also to send emails such as the welcome email and the forgot password email.

You also get white labeled help docs: a documentation portal on your domain with your logo and brand, including the docs, the API guide, unbranded videos and the change log. A white labeled meeting platform is included too, your own replacement for Zoom, which is the platform Votel meetings run on. When a client uses live support, it opens in the built-in meeting platform, where support can share screens and remotely control the client's screen.
