What happens when a client buys my SaaS plan, and can each niche get its own setup automatically?

When a client buys your SaaS plan through a payment form or funnel, onboarding is automatic. The system creates their account and sub-account, sets up their plan, usage and billing, and sends a welcome email with a link to activate the account and choose a password, plus the getting started information. If you attached a snapshot to the plan, it is installed in their account automatically. You do not need to do anything.

This works for every plan. If you serve several niches (for example lawn care, tree service and carpet cleaning), create a snapshot for each niche and a plan for each, and attach each snapshot to its plan. The customer picks the plan for their niche, fills out the form and pays, and everything else happens on its own.

Each plan also has a Sub-account defaults tab in the SaaS Configurator where you set what every new account on that plan gets: the snapshot, a custom sidebar, a custom top bar, a getting started guide and a customized login page.

You can also onboard a client manually: create the sub-account yourself and enter the client's details.
